For Your Due Diligence

Questions for
your practice.

Client fit. Implementation.
Your review process.

What should I review before discussing Bison with clients?

Review the Offering Documents in full, including fees, expenses, conflicts, underwriting, liquidity, and tax terms. The webinar supports, but does not replace, your firm’s independent due diligence.

Is Bison available through my custodian or broker-dealer?

Charles Schwab serves as the investor custodial platform. Availability through your firm’s custodian or broker-dealer must be confirmed separately with your home office.

How are my client relationships addressed?

Through due-diligence support, ongoing reporting, team access, and a written mutual non-solicitation agreement. The agreement’s written terms govern.

Which clients should an advisor evaluate this for?

Accredited investors only; the minimum investment is set out in the Offering Memorandum. Private energy is illiquid and speculative and may result in the loss of the entire investment, so fit depends on each client’s tax profile, liquidity needs, and concentration limits.
