How Bison Natural Resources, LLC collects and uses information through this website. Effective November 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by Bison Natural Resources, LLC (“Bison,” “we,” “us”), 1415 W. 22nd St, Suite 530, Oak Brook, IL 60523. Bison is affiliated with Kuhn Capital Partners, LLC (“KCP”), an SEC-registered investment adviser. This policy covers this website only. Investors in a Bison fund receive the fund’s own privacy notice with their offering documents, and that notice governs their account information.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request data room access or send us a message, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, firm, CRD number, role, your message, and your confirmation that you are a financial professional.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) for security and operations. The site stores one setting in your browser’s local storage to remember that you confirmed you are a financial professional, so the notice does not reappear on every page. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website.

How we use it

To verify your registration status before granting data room access.
To respond to your inquiry and follow up about the Bison funds.
To keep records our compliance obligations require.
To protect the site against spam and misuse.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with KCP and with service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, form processor, customer-relationship software and scheduling tools, under terms that limit their use of it, and when required by law or regulation.

Third-party sites

Links to our scheduling page (hosted by LeadConnector), kuhncp.com and other sites are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry records as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods our recordkeeping obligations require. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards; no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to update your information or to stop contacting you at any time by emailing info@bisonnr.com or calling (630) 626-5070. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; contact us to exercise them.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
